Learn to take professional quality Real Estate photos yourself!
Photos tell a story! Great photos tell the best story! By learning how to take captivating photos for your online real estate listings and brochures, you will improve your professional aesthetic, increase interest in your properties, and make quicker sales.
Photography for Real Estate 101 is for Agencies who would love to have more engaging photos on their site but feel that they cannot afford the services of a professional photographer for each house. By up-skilling your staff in the fundamentals of camera use and basic editing, the small investment in this course will see some great returns for your business!
The course consists of a 3½ hour theory and practice session on site at your office, where participants will learn the basics of using a camera without relying on the 'auto' setting, and learn basic editing techniques to improve the final rendering of the photos. They will have time to practice with the help of the instructor, and will be provided with printed and digital copies of the course notes. The instructor will then return within 3-4 weeks for a 1 ½ hour session to critique photos taken by staff in the interim and answer questions arising from these.
Given the hands-on nature of this course, it caters for a maximum of 5 participants. If you wish for more staff to be trained, I can provide a discount for running 2 separate courses.
Your investment is priced to be less than the cost of engaging a photographer for 5 individual house listings. A small price to pay for such long term benefit!
