Your Organisation
One of my greatest passions is telling the stories of those who are out in the world, bringing light and hope and making it a better place to live in.
Not-for-profit organisations need to make themselves known just as much as for-profit businesses (if not more so!) . Stunning images that capture your story and what you give the world will go a long way in getting yourself out there. I would LOVE to work with your organisation to capture the essence of what you do- whether that be to showcase your precious clients, or your amazing staff and the programs you run, or the events you hold in the community. I want to help you shine your light in the world, and I look forward to talking to you about how we can make this happen! Pricing I am always completely up front about the cost of my sessions. There will be no hidden costs, nothing to pay later. I offer packages that include the session with your organisation, and all the professionally edited photos presented on a disc, for you to use as you please. I have found this is what most people are after, rather than a cheap session rate and then paying exorbitant amounts for individual photos. I am aware that not-for-profit organisations are often looking for the most economical option! My packages will vary depending on the number of locations you wish to have photographed, and how many photos you wish to be presented with. I look forward to hearing from you so I can tailor a package to your desires: 0414 807 053 or Email me here. Recently I partnered with Allambi Care, an organisation who, among other things, facilitates Foster Care for children unable to live with their biological parents. As a Foster Carer myself, I understand the need that foster children have for acceptance and belonging. Providing family photos for Foster Families helps give kids this sense of 'place' in their new family, and gives them some insight into just how loved they are. For privacy reasons I cannot publish photos of the faces of children in care, so these are just a few non-identifying photos!

What an absolute joy it was to spend 8 days on the MV YWAM PNG, photographing the work of the 90 volunteers on board who bring medical care to the remote coastal areas of Papua New Guinea. The photos were for use in Marketing Material for the YWAM Medical Ships organisation- their website, annual report, and external marketing campaigns. This particular trip from Port Moresby to Alotau featured a special welcome ceremony, including traditional dancers. Daily life on the ship includes packing the equipment for the day and loading into small 'Zodiak' motorised boats to be taken ashore. Then there is often a walk with all the gear to find the best place to set up clinic for the day. Sometimes a local home will have been vacated for the purpose, but other times the volunteers set up clinics under buildings, in huts or even on mats on the sand. They look after general medical conditions, child health checks, anti natal care, and optometry. Seeing the volunteers at work in such primitive settings, with their flexibility and can-do attitude is truly awe-inspiring. There are also Community Engagement teams that come ashore to interact with the community, explain the work that is being done, provide some health education, play with the children, and spread a little love. Back on board the ship is the Dental Clinic, where people from the villages are brought to have serious dental conditions seen to. Children as young as 4 are brought ashore for teeth extractions- necessary due to the high sugar consumption and lack of dental hygiene.
Maitland Carols in the City is principally run by Real Life Church, Maitland, as a non-profit annual event for the community. It has earned its reputation for being one of the biggest and best Christmas Carol events in the Hunter, and it has been fabulous to be their photographer for three of their events. Here are a few samples of the joy of these excellent Carols....
